Model 3 BBK

Hi,

I'm selling my RB 380x32mm BBK, a perfect kit for street and HPDE events. This kit will fit all models of Model 3.
The BBK kit I selling comes with RB460 4 piston calipers (two pairs of staggered pistons for even pad wear), new RB 380x32 rotors(I just bedded them last week), brackets for mounting caliper, front SS line. Five sets of brake pads for it, pretty much lifetime worth of pads. ;) Pads are: XT910 (99% pad thickness of new), XT970 (60%), Porterfield R4 (75%), RB XR90 (100%, new never used), Endless EX90 (90%). The pads alone cost over $1500. I am asking for $2400 + S/H for everything.

The kit is currently on my car, but it will be ready to ship in two weeks. Attached is the template for wheel clearance. The kit was purchased in April 2019, installation and impressions are well documented here - P3 Brake Job

I am doing a lot more track events then I originally anticipated, so I'm going with a full race setup.

How was this kit on track days? How long did it take to get fade? What was performance per track (laguna still bad, or did these make brake fade manageable for the day)?

EDIT: feel free to point me to posts about this if you've already made them...highly considering this upgrade. Brakes being my number one pet peeve at Buttonwillow so far

They don't fade like the stock brake. You can go all day at BRP or Laguna Seca without issues. The trick is to make sure you properly bed the rotor/pads before hot lapping. These rotors have so much more thermo capacity than stock, it really needs to be bedded at a higher speed (+70mph) than stock setup. DM me if you have additional questions.
