My sister recently slightly impacted my right rear bumper with her SUV tire while she was backing out of garage. Small "wrinkle" at edge of tire well. An approved Tesla body shop removed back bumper and said no rivets broken or glue seals broken - no safety issues. But small indentation in frame. Full repair a o ou $20K!! Dent removal $4K. Is this reasonable?

Whaaaat? 20K, for what you describe as minor damage? Did she have one of those monster trucks that just crushed your car?
