Model 3 chargepad USB splitter

I ordered 2 chargepads from The Official Tesla Shop | Tesla.

One came with the USB splitter, the other one didn't.

There is no way to contact them. I've been emailing them for over a month at [email protected] - is there somewhere else I can buy the splitter from?

It's a bit of an asymmetric splitter with one thick cable and one thin one.

I bought one of these a while back. They work great, but what do you mean by splitter?
It has two USB cables. That’s it isn’t it ?

Tesla customer service is awful- online store even worse since unlike car service issues you can't physically show up at a service center to get someones attention.

Personally I'd do a chargeback with my credit card saying you received incomplete merchandise and including copies of your non-answered emails trying to get your $ back.

At a normal company that'd get their attention- at an incompetent-at-actual business one like Tesla it'll probably result in a free charging pad as they never reply to the CC company and they charge the cost back to Tesla and refund you.

I've been trying to contact [email protected] for weeks. Ordered a Nema adapter on Jan 2—nothing since. Aargh.
