I leased a red demo model 3 recently. It had 1050 miles on it, but was in great shape. There was a paper floor mat from a local body shop, and if I look real close I can tell the rear bumper was repainted. Otherwise it’s been perfect. Overall, it was worth the ~$2800 they took off the price.
