Model 3 Dissapeared - Boston Showroom

Public service notice: the lovely red Model 3 on display in Boston, Boylston Street location has vanished!! Wasn't able to get an answer from the staff since the places was rammed.

I thought they were rotating 3s to different stores across the country…

When I stopped in to see it several weeks ago, the staff said that it was only going to be there for 2 or 3 weeks. Presumably they are "on tour" rather than permanent displays.

When I was there, I think I was told it was headed to Chicago.

There is also a tour passing through upstate New York next week. One day in each of 4 cities. If it happens to be MCR with 19" wheels I will ask if they could just let me have it since Buffalo is the last stop.

The Boston Model 3 left the showroom end of January. It was only there for two weekends.

I walked by the DC showroom tonight. The red M3 is still there. So wonderful to look at.

I got my configuration email (non-owner) on Thursday and stopped at Boylston to see the 3 in person and was also told that their car is now in Chicago and that it would be "back in a few months."

I walked by the DC showroom tonight. The red M3 is still there. So wonderful to look at.

We had a good look at that one before clinching the deal. Still, it's not a test drive, so this is the first car I ever bought without test driving it or something similar as a demo. Fortunately, absolutely zero regrets!
