Model 3 financing- existing car loan

I sold my old car to Shift and they paid my loan off on the 16th of December. I still haven’t seen it reflect on my account yet but I’m calling tomorrow to make sure it went through. Will I have any issues if I start the financing application with Tesla today?

I had no problem with getting approval with Tesla. I had existing loan and I sold car in ~4 weeks after approval.
