Model 3 Flat UI in Model X?

Does anyone know if the Model S/X will get the Model 3 version of the non-skeuomorphic UI?
I sat in my friends Model 3 and like the general look of the UI in comparison to my MX skeuomorphic UI.

What do you guys think and prefer?

Agreed. Although current MS/MX are still a big step away from the original skeuomorphic design of early Teslas, I'm sure it's just a matter of time before they too become a bit more Model 3-like.

There are very little visual cues with how this is all mixing together (I.e rear view camera pops up in a separate window overlaying the general NAV / MCU stuff, instead of replacing it)

Just make sure you don't have your popup blocker on, or you might back into a Supercharger

I don’t think the current 8.1 UI could be considered skeuomorphic In S and X. It is already very flat, and lost most of the 3-d nonsense in the transition from V6 to V7.....

From my viewpoint the biggest difference with Model 3 is the color scheme and the more “Apple-Esque” buttons and sliders for preferences.
