Model 3 Floor noise

I took delivery of my brand-new Model 3 on December 9th, last night my son found a noise in the floor of the rear passenger seat, this noise is present both sides of the car.
I've recreated the noise in this video on Dropbox IMG_4484.mov

Has anyone else got the same noise, is this noise normal?

Mine has it as well. I believe it's a normal feature of these cars.

Yes, I had a service technician look at it while he was trying to fix a fault with my car not recognising my USB drive, he said the noise / movement is normal, apparently this seems to be the case with other issues, the condensation in my rear lights is also normal according to Tesla, LOL.

The issue with my USB drive not working has come back to haunt me after months of working perfectly, I tried three working drives and the car doesn’t recognise any of them, fingers crossed they’ll fix this issue properly this time.
