A purchse price of $61K and a federal tax credit of $7.5K brings the true cost of buying down to $53.5K and not $46K. The OP bought the car in Arizona (assumption based on profile info).
Per the Tesla incentive webpage, Arizona residents have only the following state incentive and no other big discounts/rebates that would drop the price to $46K as @Toppatop55 is assuming.
Arizona Reduced Vehicle License Tax, Carpool lane access and reduced rates for electric vehicle charging.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
