Model 3 FSD 2018 long range Totalled

So I was on my way pickup kids from school and lady came out from stop sign other car on side me was blocking vision and was getting in left lane then we collided. She was cited a ticket and I have witness as I hire an attorney because she said the other car wave her to go and also progressive called and said had footage but I say talk to lawyer. I was wondering if this total loss or fixable I still owe 28k on the loan 67,000-68000 miles won't turn on or charge. This is my first ever Tesla and had for maybe 2 months and will be sad if it's totalled. No AC now headlights on passenger fine driver small crack at bottom and look like frame in bent in a lil bit or the cover for radiator can't really see but waiting on adjuster to get with lawyer
