Model 3 heated charge port retrofit?

I have a 2019 Model 3 and I saw that for older model 3 owners they retrofitted a newer charge port for people having issues in freezing weather, I am wondering if they would do that for this new heated one? I am going to ask mobile service about it when they come tomorrow, just wanted to see what people say.

My wife and I went on a winter road trip this last February into some pretty brutal weather. Ended up having to park the car uncovered during some freezing rain. Charging port froze up solid.

He said that nothing has been announced yet but he wouldn't be surprised if they offered it for people who have had those issues/are in a climate that could experience them.
