Up for new tires on a 2019 M3 LR 19” OEM sport wheels, the sticker shows 255/45r19 but the manual and tesla shop sites shows 235/40r19 come with the 19” inch sport wheels. Can the 255/45r19 actually fit the 19” sport wheels? 235/40r19 are on then now.

255/35R19 would fit but would be an odd choice I think, smaller diameter than stock, and a little wide for the stock wheels.
I would go with 245/40R19. 235 vs 245 is a pretty minimal change, but to me the slight extra width and sidewall and diameter with 245/40R19 are all good things, and it will fit perfectly well. In general (not specific to this car) either 245 or 235 is a recommended width for 8.5" wide wheels (your wheels should be 19x8.5").
That said, foam-lined Tesla spec tires for Model 3 19" wheels will only come in the stock 235/40R19 size. If you want a Tesla-spec tire (e.g. T0, T1, etc depending how many revisions they've made), then you'll need to stay with 235/40R19 size, and that is perfectly fine!
Edit: That label is definitely wrong as @Lindenwood said. Ignore that label, it's very very wrong. Actually don't ignore it, get Tesla service to put the correct label on, they should fix it for free because that label itself is a factory defect, and it's a potential safety issue with incorrect load numbers!

Yeah I was wondering myself! How can you fit 5 people in the rear M3 seating. A label for Model Y makes much more sense!
@bkkballer Add it to your service request now, with that photo, so they have a chance to prepare the correct sticker ahead of time and maybe you won't need to make an extra visit for it.
I think so but it's very subtle, not much different from stock size. Outside width can also vary bit just by tire model, even in the same size.
If you really want an aggressive look you'll need more than just 245s.
