I got the impression from the first ride video they plan to leave it out. I'm not a big fan of that - I hate the central speedometer on my Mini. It should be in straight ahead, in front of the steering wheel, line of sight.

I am wondering if a HUD coming--would be a good combo with the AP UI. Overall, I like what I saw--the exterior is sexy and modern. I would not invest too much in the look of the interior--seems like something they pulled together for the reveal.
