I ordered October 4th so even earlier lol
Had delivery estimate of 11/4 -12/6 and got updated tonight and removed. So not seeing any estimate anymore.

Mine just updated as well. Ordered 10/20. Original window was 11/30-12/20. Today after reading on here I finally checked (too busy today to obsessively check per usual) and it says 11/19-11/30. Not holding my breath but I’d be cold dead and lying if I said I didn’t get a tiiiiny bit excited lol.
No texts received and no emails. No VIN.

Wild to even say this, but my wife’s family has a house at Woodsmoke Ranch near Seneca! It is a small world!
My theory: this quarter, they are delivering cars to CA around 11/20 ~ 11/30 and 12/20 ~ 12/30.
Last quarter the tried to squeeze all CA orders in the last 2 weeks, which was way too chaotic (they had interns doing home deliveries).

Mine updated last night, showing Nov 20-23 which would be today to Monday. Pickup from Princeton NJ, grey with black interior. I got the text yesterday saying to expect it in 2-4 weeks...they’re pretty inconsistent aren’t they?
Checked the source code for a VIN, nothing there yet.

text: delivery update 2-5 weeks from today
Website still says 6-10 weeks. Login to my account was VERY slow all day yesterday, like 90 seconds slow.
No VIN, not further texts.
Unfortunately it means 11/19/2021 - 11/20/2021

Previously mentioned I had ordered a TM3 on 9/27 but ended up refusing that delivery in order to wait on 2021. At that same time a changed from SR+ to LR. It seams that bumped the order date to 10/16. As of today, this order still shows the "2020" model.
The day tesla.com was updated with the "2021", I spoke to my SA but he didn't instill any confidence my order, still showing the "2020" would be updated to the "2021". So I decided to just place another order in for a 2021, same config, white on white but with 19 wheels.
