I work on the M3/Y line for europe. We are at full production speed the day we went back to work from the supply delay earlier.

That's good to hear - question that IDK if youll know the answer to. How long does a specific batch run for? Is it like 1 type of car per day?

So European Y/3's aren't coming from China factory?

My only guess is both? I can't concretely say what comes out of China but thinking logistically, is it a faster/cost effective voyage from west coast, CA through Panama or China over land to Europe cheaper?

My SA called me yesterday to confirm my appointment for delivery on the 11th. Said it may come sooner. Sure hope so.

As a guess, how many M3 cars can be pushed out in a single day of operation?

What I see with my narrow sighted eyes is all models and all colors are produced without bias. I personally don't see final assembly so I'm not sure if the higher profit variance take precedence or not. There are multiple buildings going full tilt.

There are multiple buildings and produce slightly differently from mine. I'm not comfortable giving out specific numbers.

Just got my first message from anyone at Tesla since ordering my car on 2/15. They said with Massachusetts laws VT residents cannot pick up cars there and so I have to go to NJ now. Then my delivery dates changed from 2/16-2/26 to 3-6 weeks. Hoping this doesn’t delay would think if anything it would be quicker because it’s closer

I just spoke to my SA at the local store. He advised me to ignore the estimate on the website, and to assume delivery “the last two weeks of the month” for my 2-21 order, blue on black LR, in Oregon. ‍
