for those of you got a text from tesla about delivery. did you guys get a text saying "we currenlty plan to build and deliver your model 3 in septmember....." I just got that text right now.

We got the same txt msg.

Order date 8/7
LR, wht ext, wht int, 18" wheels, no FSD
Pick up location Carlsbad
EDD is still showing 9-15 to 9/30

My delivery date has been shrinking for the last week and is currently 9/16-9/24 and have not received any texts wondering if they forgot about me!

6/16 order date. Still no VIN. My EDD did shorten a bit though! 9/16-9/24! Mine might have been on the truck of Teslas that crashed in CA.

If no VIN, I doubt it. You get the VIN when the car is built. Seems off that you still don’t have one. Where are you in CA?

No, I didn't get a reply after I texted back "SEPTEMBER" either.

I'm hoping that Tesla are triaging orders today and might be getting ready to push the "Vision" agreement to those who replied "SEPTEMBER" in the next day or so, followed by a VIN soon after.

I think its part of the end of quarter push, they probably have too many orders they are trying to build by end of quarter.

I ordered mid July. Estimated Delivery date is 9/16 to 9/30.

Today was the first day of my longstanding EDD (9/15-9/30), and I did get the SEPTEMBER text message.

I ordered 7/16 EDD 9/15-26, blue/white/19' wheels. I texted my sales person and they just responded with the same EDD as it shows online and that was it. I did not get the September text either.
