What & where does everyone recommend for snow tires? I'm in central NY & we can get dumped on. How are the stock tires in snow? I've always gotten snow tires for all my vehicles
Nokian Hakkapeliitta R3 came highly recommended to me --- I was going to get Michelin X-Ice XSnow, but the couple shops I talked to recommended the Nokians over them.

I've attached the 2021 Consumer Reports review. They have Michelin X-Ice is the highest rated and well above the Nokian Hakkapeliitta R3 meeting or beating it in every category but "Ride Comfort".

Consumer Reports is as bad as CNN, I don’t believe a word from either one. The reports that CR puts out are bought and paid for, they are not an honest review.

My app does day they are building my car.
Well, in the midst of firing Verizon (5 phones, 4 tablets and a hotspot - (Now no live tech support after 1700 on weekdays, only really stupid bots. End of 30 year relationship) - I had to load apps anew on my new phone. Lo and behold, there's the whole dialog!
I actually spoke (gasp - quick, one of these pills - under my tongue...) to my Delivery adviser on the phone. (Remember, we're in Texas and they can't talk to you down at the Tesla Emporium), and Victor told me that my car was actually en route as of Tuesday morning! Don't know if by truck or by train/truck, but the last time I was told my new car was enroute, it actually showed up a day early! (see pill routine).
And JFTHOI, I called his number an hour later. Left voicemail. The guy actually called me back and said "What's Up, Doc?".
So if you ever get a call from your "Delivery Specialist", save the number.

Thanks for the tip on the app. Gives me something to do while sitting by the light in the window...

I have now lost track of how many times I've entered the EDD window only to have it pushed back. I *think*: Black/Black/18" specs, 9/3 OD.

10/30, 11/7, 11/9, 11/11, 11/13, 11/16, and just now 11/18.

And even better, I've stopped caring. It's 2:15pm California time and I just realized I hadn't checked. While logging in my question was "I wonder if the revised date is more or less than 48 hours out".

Sorry, but EDDs are just meaningless. I'm just glad I only bought $50 of accessories. Well, and the charger + install was $2200 cuz I have a Tesla solar system and electric panel.
Oh. Wow. I'm. So. Surprised. On the 2nd day into my SEVENTH EDD Window the date was pushed back to 11/22. Yep, my *EIGHTH* different EDD window.

I really need to stop checking or even pretending I'll some day have a Tesla. This is 100% the worst sales process on the entire planet, any other company would be out of business if they treated customers this way.

Just emailed this to my SA. He doesn't reply to me, so I'm sure he'll just hit delete.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've now entered the EDD window *SEVEN* times only to have it pushed back each time. Right now is the 8th different window. I don't see why I should do anything other than laugh.

Should I bother checking the website ever again or should I just assume Tesla has no idea how to build cars in a predictable fashion and their sales & delivery word is not to be trusted?

No updates for me. White/White, 18", No FSD
OD 10/29
App says: Est. Delivery: December 10 - December 31 (as it always has been).
Another SoCal order here with similar experience. OD 10/16 and EDD has remained constant at 11/19 - 12/17. Blue/Black/18/No FSD.

Got the trade text a week ago so hoping for some movement sooner rather than later. Maybe the defer to January crew will help my cause :)

Got my vin Monday, edd updated from 12/1-12/5 to 11/27-12-3. Looking like some progress is being made. On the other hand has anyone with a vin had trouble finding insurances that say the vin you provide is not a Tesla. One place said I had a 2022 corolla lol
