Model 3 - LR AWD Waiting Room

After having my EDD go from Dec 18-31 all the way out to Feb 14-Mar 18. Then out another month about a week after that I decided to upgrade from an SR+ to an LR. Shortly after that (12/16) I received the “December” text. I was then given a Dec 25-Dec31 EDD. Everything was great until the morning when I checked and saw Jan 1 - Jan 29. To say that Tesla likes to play with our emotions and patience is an understatement.

what happened to elon's message about not doing this anymore...
Dunno. I thought it was well thought-out and correctly emphasized that in the Big Picture, they're still delivering the same # of cars per year, they're just burning-out their personnel by rushing to lump as many deliveries as possible before the ends of December, March, June and September annually.

Santa apparently delivers cars the day after Christmas!
Funny though, I did not get a call or text or anything that it was delivered.
Received an email about premium connectivity and opened the app and saw the car was in my condos garage. 🤦🏽‍♂️
Only issue is the passenger door is making an obnoxious noise over any bump.
Will definitely need something fixed.
Wish it was mint but I’m sure the long barge ride doesn’t help! 6B58DFE9-63A1-4E94-8C69-6EAD2990E278.jpeg065DA00B-A58C-4C21-A66E-6FA26CFC7BDC.jpeg065DA00B-A58C-4C21-A66E-6FA26CFC7BDC.jpeg

Well, delivery in Paramus went perfect. It was a bit confusing since there really wasn’t anyone there to guide us, just a crowd of people aimlessly trying to unlock cars, but everything went well. I used the checklist from here to go through everything and no issues at all. Got some glamor shots in Jersey City as well ;)

Also know that the car ships with a “factory firmware” (not the latest) and it takes about a month for it to go away. Also, no one I called in Tesla sales or service knew this. I had to schedule service in the app before someone finally had the right answer.
No.
Picked mine up December 24th, 2.6 miles on the odometer, 44.6 version at pick up.
Updated a few hours later (home WIFI) to the latest with lightshow and sh!tshow interface.
