Well I'm back in the queue. I attempted to take delivery this morning, but I rejected it. Chipped paint on the trunk and multiple panel misalignment... maybe a bad day on the line. My SA was fantastic, but ultimately I couldn't accept with that much touchup paint. I'm trying to stay optimistic.

After Canada defeating the US in the Soccer World Cup Qualifier 2:0 yesterday, all Tesla shipments to the North have been suspended

VIN was finally assigned today! Nobody from Tesla texted/called/emailed -- just happened to check the app again this morning and saw the good news. Is this normal? VIN 166XX -- does this mean latest upgrades?

Same here. Same config, vin digits and also in NE (Philly area). Looks like we're getting there!!!

PA deliveries (not vin's assigned) have not gone above 156 yet. But 161+ wouldn't be delivered until mid Feb at the earliest just because of transport time.

How do I get a sale's associate's number to text? The only communication I've ever received is re: the trade-in, which I am not doing.

You can simply reply to the text (which you got after your order) and ask. As far as I know, it just gets to Tesla HQ and if need be rerouted to your SA.

It's been a long time since I have seen a rejection here based on quality issues Hopefully your next one will be better and you might actually get the upgrades with a higher VIN.

SF Bay, you'll probably get a VIN sometime next month. CA deliveries are historically concentrated at the end of the quarter. I ordered on 12/4 and got a VIN on 1/21, but that's probably because I'm further east

It's my 2nd two week window, and I also had an 11 day window as well, so I don't actually think the 2 week window means much. Assuming I will get EDD #8 tomorrow or Wednesday morning. But you never know.

I’m not very hopeful about the date considering how many others had their dates changed but just excited that it changed for the first time.

Trying to go off the top off my head it had a big range of Jan 24 - March 24, and hovered in-between those dates and actually at once point said April 1-29
