model 3 mule spotted?

A friend of mine was at Moffett Field in Mountain View, CA a day or so ago. He saw "the new SUV Tesla" being driven around. He also says he saw "another smaller car" being driven around in the same way. Unfortunately he's not really a Tesla aficionado, so we don't know for sure what it was, but he thinks it must be the Model 3.

I know, rumor, hearsay...

I think that had been misunderstood as a Model 3, but was a Model X mule.

Yeah, that looks like a Model X to me.

I work near Moffett Field. Can you ask your friend at what time of the day and what day of the week that he saw the smaller mule out there? I'd be willing to go camp out there with a set of binoculars to see what I can find.

Any other Tesla fans want to do some sleuthing with me?
