Model 3 Not Sleeping

Model 3 parked at airport parking lot for the past 29 hours. Model 3 idled for 45 minutes before sleeping 24 hours. Model 3 woke. Model 3 has been trying to sleep for the last 3 hours, but has not done so. All numbers pulled from TeslaFi; have not opened Tesla app since parking the car.

Is this typical?

TeslaFi reports both the internal and external temperature of the car is 14°F/-10°C. Is there a correlation between the car not sleeping and the internal temp?

A bit worried because I was only losing 0.57 miles/0.92 km per hour when Model 3 sleeps; now losing 1.04 miles/1.67 km per hour awake.

It's back asleep.

Made a couple changes to TeslaFi:

1. Idle Time Before Trying To Sleep: 1
   
2. Time To Try Sleeping: 60

Additionally, woke Model 3 with Tesla app. Thinking maybe waking would reset whatever is wrong; Model 3 suffers from frequent screen restarts.

Model 3 asleep at the 44th minute.
