My 3's previous owner took the plates off and replaced them with sticky vinyl plates, then before selling seems to have stuck the old plates back on using double-sided pads instead of using the original bracket and frame (also didn't leave it with the car).
Does anyone happen to know where I can get a 3D model of the front plate bracket so I can print a new one?
People have similar for sale on Amazon but are asking ~£70 for a small bit of plastic
I think the UK one looks like this and it's part number is 109683400A according to a Google search:
