The door glass is different for sure, double pane vs single. There's a video on youtube by Daerik that compares them. I think they say if they're compatible or not... Not sure they are.
I know there are a couple of different headlight sets. Somewhere in Europe a new matrix version has come out. I don't know if they are compatible but I would certainly not run one side of each type...
