Anyone else having issues with their heated seats? After pressing the highest heat level on the passenger seat, it will turn off automatically after just a few minutes. This has happened 4 times already and I'm about to take it to service center.

wow you might be on to something. I do turn it on while in park, and each time i catch it, i have reversed already. Have you brought it up to service center or the feedback via the app?

yes please ask if they are aware and the if the lastest update will eliminate it. I havent had the latest update yet
I’ve also had this the past month or so but have forgotten to report it with the shift to warmer weather. Always the passenger side, never the driver seat. It will turn off after a min or so once driving. But then after if it is turned back on, it will tend to stay on the for the remainder of the drive.

Yeah same here. Only passenger side. It’s been reported. I can’t find the thread on here but several people made service appointments and none are resolved.

Car was in for service for this and some other small things. SC said it's a firmware issue that will be fixed "soon"

I have since gotten 2019.20.1 but weather is pretty warm, so don't know when I will be able to check if it's fixed. If I learn anything I'll post it here
I've experienced the same issue as stated above. I forgot to report the issue when I had the car in last week getting the glass replaced. Although, I reported a turn signal issue that they "couldn't reproduce" to which I call BS as it happens for me all the time.
