No, FSD was disabled when I bought it,. I did not want it. It has HW v.3 and can be reactivated.

I thought once someone purchases FSD it is always on the car.

I had them remove FSD prior to purchase as I don't feel its "there" yet, and not worth the $$. The basic AP already steers, accelerates and brakes, which are the only features I'd use anyway. There are threads in the forum about Tesla removing FSD after private sales, but I have no personal experience with that. This car is still available.
