You could try and talk to someone via chat on the Tesla website. Maybe they could help you get in touch with someone?
Chat on the website just directed me to talk to my SA - but she replied to my text and put the order on hold again while I was trying to chat on the website. So all is good now.The delivery team is separate from the sales team - your SA probably hasn't gotten in touch with the delivery team yet. Call or chat on Tesla website, they can notify local mgmt and escalate.
Home delivery is new to me though. Has anyone with the Costa Mesa delivery center had home delivery? We picked up one Tesla at Costa Mesa delivery center directly (2019), and picked up another one at a parking structure in Irvine that Costa Mesa redirected all their deliveries to during covid for touchless delivery (2021).
