face of a slower model 3 is also a good differentiator…Ordered a M3P BLK on FRIDAY the 13th of August. I hope that’s not bad luck.lol. My delivery date started at 8/30 to 9/29. Now it’s 9/3 to 9/29 Central FL.
Looking to order a Tesla 3 Performance within the week but my concern is not knowing for sure if it will be a 2021 or 2022. Why is this not stated in the ordering process. When buying from any other car manufacturer this would not be guestwork.
Still no update on my white/white M3 in socal... standard. ordered 6/23. EDD says 8/21 (tomorrow)- 9/10. no vin. help, im going crazy seeing all these orders fulfilled for my config for orders placed after mine

So, decided to order a M3P today and see if I can get that one faster. Estimate shows 4-6 weeks when I ordered.

My white/white M3P order was this past Monday (8/16) night (beat the deposit price increase by a few days, apparently). Original estimate was 5-7 weeks. The next day it settled into a range from late August to September 30. A couple days later it dropped to Sept 1 on the near end, but Sept 16 on the far end. This morning it has tightened again, moving out to Sept 3 on the near end, but dropped two days closer again to Sept 14. I’d love to think this is the narrowing effect that precedes a VIN and actual delivery date within that range… but I’m pretty braced for it to make some crazy jump into the future (and maybe back).

My new wheels came in early and unexpectedly today
Delivery day should be this Wednesday. Going to get them powder coated white sometime this week and have the tires and TPMS swapped over.

My M3P ordered on 8/5 is still within the
9/5-9-25 estimated delivery date range.
