I just did my first wash after a few weeks. Ceramic wax is an absolute game changer. I wish I knew about with my previous cars. Quick 15 minute wash and it looks perfect. 5 year warranty is huge too. I highly recommend if you have the means

Once you go with ceramic coating you will always want it for the next car. Same with ppf. Costly but totally worth it.

The ceramic is awesome. Great water beading, and comes right off. It’s it’s not too dirty I just foam / rinse / dry. If it’s dirty enough, I’ll foam / rinse / 2 bucket / rinse / dry. I love detailing (at times) and there’s nothing like a sparkling clean vehicle!

True one you get into detailing it is fun. Even took off wheels to clean them and wife thought i was crazy. But with a newborn i now dont have time to do any detailing.

Ugh I dont get why I ordered my M3P on 6/26 and it still shows jun-aug delivery, yet people that ordered only a couple days ago are getting actual dates. So frustrating!

I'm in the same boat, Jun-Aug. Maybe it's an Austin Tx thing

I sold my car at Carmax today. My EDD is in the 2 week range, and I know nothing is certain. The used car market is insane, so I cashed-in before the party ends. I’ll be driving my old Trans Am toy in the Texas heat to bridge the gap. A/C is so-so.

I'm in the same boat, Jun-Aug. Maybe it's an Austin Tx thin Yep. I ordered 5/21 and didn’t get any update whatsoever until I received my VIN on 6/15. Picked up on 6/29. Of course I got in at end of quarter… your mileage may vary.

Oh, and yes I will definitely need to repaint my rocker panels after all the rock chips from those runs . Good thing black is easy to match so I can do it myself, haha.

My first and only update was right after I switched from the LR to the Performance and it was immediately to a two week window.

Hey everyone. Ordered 6/16 and still have an EDD of 7/31-9/4 here in SoCal. Pearl white/black seats.

I ordered 6/15 EDD is 8/8 - 9/12 West Coast of Canada

Yes, everything is complete up to the schedule section on the app where it still stays EDD of jun-aug 2022. On the top of the app there is an RN #. Is that the vin number?

They did that to me too a couple weeks ago. The SAs are just a clueless when it comes to anything related to estimated delivery times. They gave me the same short and unhelpful answers.

My SA advised to hold off on trade-in valuation until I get a VIN. The offer expire in 30 days, which did happen to me.
Anyway, the calls could mean you’re about to get a VIN.

Well I got bumped to a new 2 week window today. This is my 4th. New DD is 7/23 to 8/6. The dang LR had a shorter delivery time. Wtf pricks, keep it up and I can’t edit my signature anymore lol. I’m starting to doubt Tesla as a company. If the DD lasts until 8/6 that will be 114 days and a little over 16 weeks.
