Model 3 phone issues

When I receive a call while in my Model 3 I can hear the caller but they can not hear me? It only recently became an issues but it has lasted for approx three weeks now. I turned the mute button on and off but that didn't help. Not sure why it stopped working?

You probably did an update to the new 2019.32, reboot the computer using the wheel buttons on the steering wheel, press both and hold them down until the screen reboots. Hope that works.
