Model 3 price change in Canada today

When I look at the tesla website I see two different prices for the SR, SR+ and LR. The higher price is the one which shows when I click through to make a dummy order. For example for the SR I see $46389 and $48389. Do others see this? Does this mean SR and SR+ are no longer eligible for the ZEV incentive? Or perhaps it's a glitch on the website... I ordered an SR+ in Aug and am waiting for delivery so hopefully this won't change anything for existing orders...

The website defaults the wheels selection to the sport wheels which is $2000 more. The price for the SR will show as $46389 if you select the aeros. The iZEV is still valid as base trim MSRP is below $45K before freight and other fees. SR+ is still good as MSRP is under $55K before fees. Hope you get your car delivered soon. Tesla has been changing prices recently and it is unclear if the iZEV eligibility would change for existing orders.
