Lets stay on topic. I see no evidence that Tesla has restarted the factory. At least not at any significant volume.

No Invites.... only Canada and no VINs or deliveries to Canada.
Very few VINs...only Washington state has got a bunch of them. The rest of the country is only one or two, here or there.
Slow deliveries.... These are most likely just cars built before the shutdown.
No VINs above 21000.

Bloomberg has seen this and today adjusted in a negative way. look at the VINs in the wild chart. Look at the slope of the projected volume line.
