Model 3 radio drops out

Took ownership of my new Model 3 about 6 weeks ago. Has had a recurring problem with the radio. Several stations drop out in Brisbane road tunnels. Have tried to get Tesla to fix it but they claim it is common for DAB frequencies to drop out in tunnels. Seems odd to me as every other car I have ever driven doesn't have this issue - the radio works fine in tunnels. Perhaps Tesla have installed an inferior "aerial" or "receiver" in the new Model 3?

Has anyone else had this issue? Any solutions greatly appreciated.

Cheers

I believe that the Tesla radio is less capable of pulling in stations because of distance or obstructions. I sometimes lose a station when pulling into my garage that my other car has no problem with. Also, when I travel a distance from home I lose some stations that my other car has no problem receiving at the same locations.

I don't know if it is the radio or the antenna that is the limiting factor.
