Model 3 Reservation Numbers Appearing in My Tesla

I had a single $2000 charge as well.

I actually had the guy do my info twice, so I have 2 sets of $1000 charges

Placed my order in Denver at around 1030. Still no reservation number, email, nor did my credit card get charged yet! Anyone in Denver get any of those notifications yet?

I have a $1k charge on the card (supposedly placed two reservations), but no email nor RN yet. I probably reserved around 11:15 am.

Just checked my "pending transactions" and it does show $2000 for Tesla Reservation. Still no email or reservation number. I feel better now, ha!

The guy who did mine did it on a iPad but gave me the iPad to look at and verify all the info and had me hit the submit button. Capital One sent me a "flagged" transaction email and but approved it and the deposit is pending. Capital One did categorize the transaction as "Gas/Automotive" though.

I would go back over and confirm. But first call your CC company to see if there was any charges they flagged.

I reserved in Burbank, CA about 30 minutes ago. The charge hit my credit card, but I, too, have yet to receive an email and can't see anything in My Tesla account.

Anyone else have/having this issue? Did it eventually show up?

I reserved at 10:10AM in Bellevue, WA. Money has left my checking account, but no confirmation email or number in My Tesla account yet.

I would assume it will take a while to process. There are an insane amount of people reserving all day today. Bellevue had way over 500 people lined up before the store even opened at 9:30am

My reservation number is RN-107255XXX. I was third in line at the Tesla store in Pittsburgh, got my reservation right around 10:08 am EST.

On my Tesla profile, in my Model 3 section, it says "Your Model 3 was reserved on 3/31/2016. You'll be invited to configure based on the date of your reservation".

I reserved two, and have nothing in MyTesla yet (other than my in-process-of-cancellation X RN). My card shows a single $1k charge. Others who reserved two: do your cards also show a $1k charge, or did my rep make an oopsie?

Res'd two and CC was charged with $2,000.

There was a drop-down menu to choose 1 or 2...could easily have accidentally slipped.

P.S. mildly interesting that it wasn't possible to reserve more than 2 in one go.
