Looking for help on how to order a new glass roof for my model 3. I wanna call, pay and have it shipped to me. Is this even possible with Tesla? I cant anyone to call me back from the parts depo and my body shop claims that they are notorious for not responding. Any help would be appreciated, The SC by me is 3 weeks out and doesn't answer the phone either. Thanks guys. OE

Your best bet may be to just drive to the SC and see what they say face to face. And, just curious, but why would you want to have the replacement glass sent directly to you? Are you thinking of doing the replacement install yourself? If so, look into how that might affect your warranty

Hilariously I've had the best luck booking a service appointment in the app and just pasting in part numbers. They come back with prices, and at least where I live (which is admittedly the easiest market for Tesla service) I had a choice of picking up or having a ranger swing by to drop off the part. I don't know about something as big as a piece of glass but it was way better than trying to call a service center.
