Thanks chaps. We all deserve a beer here. Looking like Morning Cello as the current EDD is mid December according to the tesla agent. I've offered to pick the car up from trafford or have it delivered.
I've also been sent the VIN by tesla

Managed to get a VIN from lease company. No contact from Tesla yet. Been on chat and all they can tell me is December. So I'm guessing it could be on either ship (Morning Europe or RCC Cello). Any way to tell from VIN of LRW3F7FS2PC66xxxx?

If it is a 66 then I suspect it is the Europe. I got a VIN today from the Cello I think and that was 69

Yeah, mine is 67 and that was before Cello had even docked.

WTF, just spoke to Tesla to see if I could get the vin and she said I don’t have a car assigned?! But delivery looks like Dec, I just don’t get it.

Obviously meant RCC Europe . So guess I'm looking at early December then if VIN is 66xxxx

Not really sure. I read previously VINS are not necessarily particularly sequential. For reference mine was very close to 700000 but not sure that helps....

I think the best way to guess is when you got the VIN. They now seem to drop the VINs pretty much straight after they leave Shanghai.

I’m on a 676. Got the get ready text on Monday and obviously had sweet FA from Tesla since. Not sure what boat I’m on, so long as it stays a float that’ll do me, whilst flying a sunbed in Lanzarote

Never say never, I ordered March 2022. Only recently been given a VIN. In that time I had 12 EDD changes!

Never say never, I ordered March 2022. Only recently been given a VIN. In that time I had 12 EDD changes!

Ha - I mentioned something like this in the Tesla service center where I took my M3 for yet another warranty repair and they had no idea. They thought everyone was getting their cars in 1 - 3 months right now, and that it was only a little worse earlier in the year? Odd.. surely they have access to basic reporting on this!

Do we think all cars made now are 2023 models for sure? Or is there still a crossover?

I haven't but it's not.
The changes are that the suspension has been upgraded for improved comfort and USS has been removed, cameras are allegedly 5megapixel instead of 1.3 (although not noticeable to end-user) some other trivial changes like extra washer nozzles.
