Looks like the Model 3 has a 192kw/258hp motor
[Spoiler Alert + Mild Speculation] Tesla has created a monster!
258 horsepower and 5.1 second 0-60 time doesn't really add up.

Why not? My 2011 Audi TTS only has 265hp and can do 0-60 under 5. Model 3 will be slightly heavier so don't see why 5.1 is unrealistic.258 horsepower and 5.1 second 0-60 time doesn't really add up.
Horsepower numbers don't really translate well to EVs, cause the power curve is so different.258 horsepower and 5.1 second 0-60 time doesn't really add up.

I've always had a certain bit of pleasure when... driving comparitively... and another car takes a step back at each shift.Another thing about EVs besides off the line torque is the ability to accelerate with a single speed gearbox.
So there are no gaps in power delivery while ICE cars would be pausing to shift gears.
I bolded the part I wonder about. How did you come up with 13 kW or less ? I've thought about this question of figuring out power requirements for 0-60 mph results and I always come up with "it is complicated *." While 125 kW will cover inertia, there is still air friction, rolling friction, drivetrain losses, inverter and motor losses, battery losses and probably a couple other things I'm forgetting.3900 lb at 60mph has 637414J kinetic.
The motor has to add 125kJ/s.
13kW or less to overcome losses up to 60mph.
258hp is 192kW.
I don't see how it'd be unrealistic, since the low bit would be easy.
Here are some snaps that explain more about the differences between Standard and Premium....

for every passenger
"A seat heater and usb port (4 total) for every passenger"
2 things:
1) I thought this seats 5 people so shouldn't that be 5 usb ports
2) Does this mean 4 seat heaters as well? 2 front and 2 rear? If so, see #1 re 5 passengers. Should it be 5 seat heaters?
If you have 3 people crammed in the back seat you probably don't need seat heaters at all
You don't see the value of a feature that uses perhaps 300-400 watts tops that can warm your frigid hands in the winter and reduce the need to crank the 6-8 kW heater in an all-electric vehicle?
My wife is about to have twins. Bring on the seat heaters. As a young man at the time, I was concerned about raising my body temperature in certain regions and the impact it may have on my future ability to be fruitful and multiply. I did not buy the SAAB (but that wasn't the sole reason).
Guess that'll accomplish the result as the heated seats, but without the fun.Try no heated steering wheel and cold hands
