Model 3 Tunein and USB ports

I took delivery of my 2021 Modem 3 Standard Plus earlier this week. Lot to learn about the various options. Couple of surprises. No AM radio and no support for Apple car play.
- I see it comes with TuneIn. Is it part of the 30day trial for premium connectivity?
- How do you see and access the USB ports in the front? The manual says about lifting some covers in front storage

1) Premium Connectivity - a data connection is needed for streaming or browsing. This can be either premium connectivity or you can use your phone as a hotspot. See this link for details. Connectivity
2) USD ports are in center console in front of the cupholders.
