For that, Model 3 needs to be Qi standard first

Well, technically it's feasible if you rigged up something in your garage and add it in yourself under the car.

The technology is simple, just do the right calculations and have a decent voltage regulator for DC charging.

Pretty sure the added weight of the charge coils that will hit to your daily range is not worth the 5 seconds it takes to plug the car in
