    Well, technically it's feasible if you rigged up something in your garage and add it in yourself under the car.

    The technology is simple, just do the right calculations and have a decent voltage regulator for DC charging.

    Pretty sure the added weight of the charge coils that will hit to your daily range is not worth the 5 seconds it takes to plug the car in ;)
