Two days straight for me (has happened maybe six-seven times since last Septembe) where the car recognizes my iPhone (Bluetooth) to unlock the doors but the car/screen won’t turn on until the phone recognizes the car (should’ve used my actual key and/or card to see if it made a diff), or vice versa. Texted with tech support (yesterday) who told me to clear the memory card associated with the Sentry Mode video but the same issue occurred this morning. In my case it very much seems related to the Tesla iPhone app/car not communicating with one another.
