Model S 19" Slipstream Wheel and Winter Tire Package Gray vs Silver

I think I'm leaning towards Silver... My Car will be Solid Black.
Any on car pics are very Welcome.
Other 3 seasons I have the Sonic Carbon 21" which are more of what I think of for "Gray"
Looking at the Winter Packages the Gray Looks more Black to me, so I don't think I like em...
Plus Silver is $1400 cheaper to boot.

Also, anyone have experience swapping back and forth?
Do you do it yourself?
Is the TPMS easy to switchover?

If you want the gray, buy the silver and have them powder coated. Save $1000.
