Model S 2014 speaker upgrade

Hello.
I was interested in if it is possible to just swap out the OEM speakers in the front doors of a tesla model s 2014 with base audio system.
I know that it has to be 2ohms and 2 ways.
So that just basically means in my opinion it is as easy as removing the oem speakers, soldering the wires onto new ones and installing them? Is it even worth it? has anyone maybe done that?
Im attaching pictures of an example speaker i would be trying to install.
And also, maybe anyone knows how much power is in the stock base audio front door speakers?

Those speakers will work. I plan to upgrade mine too with Infinity Kappa 63XF. You also need to get a new speaker mount, or reuse the existing ones by teariout the old speaker from it. There a good video on YouTube by Andre Rink on how to do this.
Ive installed kappas62ix in my tesla s, but the only difference was in highs and mids, not really a big difference in bass.

Pretty sure the signal going to the door speaker is full range so the tweeter will work fine.

Midranges in the dash are a great upgrade, but they will not drop into a non-UHFS system without a separate amp. The non-UHFS system has no amplifier channels for dash midrange speakers.
