I think these deals are going to become more and more common, and so I should be patient, but it's hard to remember that when you have a $32k S staring you in the face.

That's a scam listing. Original owner is in Seattle and she didn't sell it to anyone in California. Do a reverse Google image search and you'll find it. Description of that listing is verbatim from her original listing with location changes. Try email the listing and you'll get a generic reply telling you to email a different email. Don't fall for this scam.
