Model S Airbag Light Always On

I have a model S that I recently purchased and has the airbag light on all the time. Carfax did not claim that the vehicle was ever in a wreck and there are no signs that it has been in any type of accident. So i would like to believe that it could be a connector or a software issue.
Can anyone give me some places to start looking to get this fixed please?

It's important that people realize that just because Carfax doesn't show a record of an accident or repair that doesn't mean that it didn't happen. All that means is if there was an accident or repair done it wasn't reported which is becoming more and more common these days.

Your situation could be something simple like one of the harnesses for the SRS system was unplugged while 12 volt power was still connected. Even in that situation you still need to get Tesla involve to clear the code.
