Model S Crash Performance

My Model S did a phenomenal job in a recent crash. The crash structure dissipated the energy comprehensively, and according to the adjuster, likely saved my life.

That said, the airbag didn’t deploy, and trying to get Tesla to engage with me has been next to impossible.

Anyone know how I can get them to talk to me about the situation?

Thanks!

Wow, impressive damage difference between you and the car.
Airbags should not, but do fail sometimes, the most typical things to check, would be whatever it is actually connected, and if the ignitor works (whatever it can be ignited) ... Just connect 12v while away.
