I traded in my Model S for an X and no longer have a use for these floor mats. They were purchased in January 2014. Price: $175 (new price at that time was $330, currently they are $350). They go beautifully with the now discontinued grey interior color, which is what I had in my S.
In very good condition, no physical damage, no rips or tears, just very slight discoloration at the base of the front mats that honestly is more visible in the photos than to my eyes (I took the photos and showed them to my spouse, she looked at the mats and said "But I can hardly see that!"). Sounds weird, but true.
