A more informative listing for sale will usually include:
Model, is it a 100D?,
Window sticker showing all options and STD equipment,
Condition of car, pets and/or smokers in car etc etc,
Lots of pictures,
Odometer reading on center display,
Any other relevant information that will help prospective buyers make a reasonable offer.
Most members know quite a lot about Tesla cars in this forum.

Your best bet for getting serious interest is to post some pictures of the car and the MVPA or sticker that shows all of the options the car has. Also helpful to include is the mileage, whether the car has been in accidents, and rated range when the car is charged to 90% or 100%.

Also, people are giving you a hard time because the nomenclature is "Model S 100D" not D100.
