I picked up my S 60D on Saturday afternoon. The DS said that it would take 24-48 hours for the car to link to the app. It has now been about 48 hours and I still receive a "No vehicles linked to this My Tesla account" message when I try to sign into the app. Furthermore, my My Tesla page has not updated since I took delivery. It still says "Your Model S is undergoing final inspection, detail, and charging in preparation for delivery" and shows the estimated delivery window. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Edit: Yes, I do have the Remote Access option turned on in the Model S.

Email notification on 08/28 that production complete and vehicle was In Transit (per my MyTesla page)
Tentatively schedule with my DS for a delivery appointment on 9/2, assuming the car arrives at the service center in time!

That's amazing. Stories like yours caused me great frustration haha.

I ordered 3July and I finished production yesterday. Still waiting!

Since tesla is going to this CarMax tells us what our trade in is worth. I wonder if taking a October delivery vs January will effect value more than 2 months because of different years...

My X was connected about five hours after my delivery last Thursday. I'm sure the weekend is a factor, but I'm still surprised it hasn't happened yet.

I see you're from the SGV too. Are you picking up from Burbank? And are you having a professional go with you for the delivery to do an inspection of the vehicle?

I also received the dest and doc discount. Ordered 8/13 Confirmed 8/19 and has yet to arrive to production. I asked my DS if this will affect the discount so waiting to hear back on that. My delivery window is late sept - oct and I selected ASAP for delivery.

Still in transit and lost my wonderful DS. But new DS said I'm scheduled to arrive by train in Alabama today. So we're shooting for next week delivery (slight chance for end of this week).

What is the deal with the document and destination discount? Did you just ask the delivery specialist about it, or was it offered to you?

I had been talking to the Tesla sales rep for about a year and I told him in August that I was recently in a car accident and would be ordered an MS. He offered it to me if I ordered this month. I pulled the trigger that day. Had no idea of the discount but was ready to jump on board when he offered it.

You beat me to it! Picking up at 3. It was so unexpected My wife had other plans, I will get dropped off by an Uber, and my wife will meet me there a little late. You'll probably still be around, so if you see a guy in his 30s with a grin as big as a kid in a candy store on his face, walk over and say hello, I guarantee its me. Also it's a black 60 with tan seats. I can't wait!

Good luck guys! The wait will be so forgotten!
I only have my S for 10 days now but already starting to look at ICE as yesterdays vehicle. As a car guy though I do respect the ICE, it has been tuned to utmost efficiency which is still only like 20%
