A red Signature was delivered on Friday in South Florida. I was at the store yesterday and they were talking about it. They were not sure of the res number.

Was just at the LA service center, and S (Sig, not Founder) VIN #16 was there being prepped. (I should have taken a picture of the sticker but didn't think of it.)

I didn't put this in the Wiki post because the other entries are by reservation number, which I wasn't able to get.

(Assuming we either want to keep a record in general, or at least for the first SSL delivered ever. Or perhaps any important milestones.)

Just got my finalizing email. I'm number 3379.

That means we are creeping up toward 5,000 cars in the pipeline. Once Canadian Sigs lock-in over the next week or two, we will be almost there (at least on paper)!

Check the Tesla Website. If there are about 34-37 founders series, then there have been about 40 signature special deliveries.

Are you sure you aren't special?! :wink:

If your Roadster wasn't bought used then you'd be a Sig Special. Otherwise, Nigel, and many other Sig Specials on these boards would be expecting delivery before you, yet they haven't heard anything yet.

In that case, I must be a Sig Special ;-) Is there a way to tell for sure (besides asking Tesla)? When I go to the 'My Tesla' page on the Tesla website, it just says "Model S Signature Performance #70" and "Reservation Number RN003244". It also says: "Status: The Tesla Factory is building your Model S Performance." I haven't yet been contacted yet by a Delivery Specialist, but was told "soon".

I don't know because I'm definitely NOT special!:biggrin: But assuming you bought your Roadster from Tesla you'd automatically be a Sig Special, which makes sense given the timeframe they've given you.
