Awesome, great news that it's in production. I'd imagine our cars would arrive around the same time. When did your estimate change to late March? Mine does blank now. I hope this means there's not a problem.

Mine used to say March - Early April. It changed to just "late March" when it entered production. I'll keep you posted. Looks like we will be getting ours very soon

Looks like they got the next batch of 90D's rolling. Here's my event list:

My Tesla is also a 2016 90D. Specifics: Red, 19" wheels, standard seats, premium interior, sub-zero weather package, autopilot (of course!), high fidelity sound, no sun roof, VIN 125962.

Getting somewhat contradicting messages for my order (70D), but I guess that's normal?

As of today (2/28), MyTesla shows "car entered production queue".
My DS told me the other day that "End of Line" is planned for 2/29

Either the status on the website is wrong, or my DS has a wrong date ("End of Line" to me means: production finished, no?), or the Tesla factory will today start production and finish it by tomorrow :biggrin:

Production Queue seems to mean it is scheduled fro production, but production has not actually commenced. You will get an email (usually) that states when the car actually is on the assembly line. Lately, it is about 25 days or so from Order Confirmed to entering Production. Those 25 days are average and I have seen it take longer (a lot) or shorter. Not quite sure what causes this deviation. Best to check post #2 in this thread to get a detailed look at the most recent orders and delivery dates.

My car recently went into production and my delivery just says "First Available". Any idea if this changes as we get closer to delivery date?

I've seen a lot of users on the thread reporting blanks or ".", but haven't seen a "First Available".

Before I went into production it said March - Early April even though I had selected FA. Once production started it changed to First Available.

ANTESLAPATION BEGINS.....

Car was in the shop getting a once over checkout... could not go see it (close up) as that area is off limits, it being the workshop and all.
Just as well. The whole crew came over to congratulate me.
Happy Day... when I arrived the rain has stopped and you are NOT going to believe this... the sun broke out and a Rainbow appeared for a few seconds.
My actual pickup delivery will be at 10AM on Wednesday...

Totally Excited. Sorry no photos now. But they will come...

I would love to run by my Service Center and see my car but I don't want to waste time heading there before it has even arrived. My actual deliver has to be delayed due to my work schedule, but I could at least maybe get a sneak peak, like you.

I received a call from my DS.... he said... "Art are you sitting down?..." Yup " Your car just arrived, we pulled it into the service center and it is being prepped for a Wednesday Delivery if that is OK with you?"

We then worked out the time and some details about what I have to bring for the trade-in, wire transfer of funds, etc.

Subsequently my status in MY TESLA changed to the following....

Your Model S is undergoing final inspection, detail, and charging in preparation for delivery. To prepare you for the delivery of your vehicle, walk through videos are available to view. If you have questions, please contact your delivery specialist.


The Delivery Date is now March 2, 2016....

That change to MyTesla information happened some time AFTER the phone call.
