We are in the same boat! I upgraded to 21 just to get my car earlier. Now waiting for some forged wheels.

Right on! 20 inch Sigs SV 104’s in brushed Titanium here. I’ve also ordered the new Model S Bluetooth TPMS but Tesla is totally not communicative as to if and when I may see them. Should I be surprised ?

Some additional pre inspection/prep pictures. Picking it up at 5pm, PDT today - confirmed. Yes, check out the 19” wheels. I won’t pull the covers unless I have drawn, clarified butter on the side! I got ‘da worm/tube steak w/vein as well!

Got the worm/vein, wavy distortion rear glass, shaky/loose drivers side mirror at speed. No dented dash grill, no hanging gasket behind front grill. Gaps and molding all good. No interference or miss aligned rear door panels. Paint is perfect.

Do you guys just go to the delivery center the day the vehicle comes in and just hang out until they give it to you? I’m about ready to do that tomorrow like jebinc just did. They told me 2-3 days to inspect it but I can’t imagine it will take that long. Last time I got a Tesla I had a delivery appointment for a Tuesday and they called me Saturday and were like, come pick it up now.

What was their response to those items?

They took pictures and made notes in my account before I left; was told service would take care of all and would have visibility of these notes from Sales as open issues to be resolved post delivery. Works for me.

Yeah, I was there three times today. Once in the early morning, once at noon as it was being unloaded from the truck, and once to pick it up! They even let me sit in it and futz with all the settings. Even paired my phone. Then, service came by and I yuked it up with him to help me out. Lastly, the assigned SA came out and the service guy said he would do it all today so I could take it home at 5pm! The SA said, well okay then. Yesterday, I was told by the SA no earlier than Next Tuesday. Oh, and those notes I mentioned yesterday. They were for missing parts, like the parcel shelf cover and other covers. I suggested to the service guy to just take what he needed out of that bastard car that has been sitting in the lot for weeks. He was all in for that, if the parts department didn’t have the minor missing items needed. In the end, I got the car at 5pm and there were no missing pieces. I didn’t ask, and they didn’t tell! All good!

I think this whole RN number thing is crap. In my mind 9/22/20 is my date because that’s the date I paid them $1k. Tesla probably considers me a 6/19/21 - the day they autoconverted me from plaid+ to plaid.
